This throttle body will fit your 2022 Integra perfectly. All TrueBore Throttle Bodies include a new billet brass throttle plate, and retain/enhance a Venturi Effect with a custom tapered inlet/outlet.
The 1.5T and 2.0T variants provide a 14% increase in flow area at the throttle plate over stock.
