This throttle body will fit your 2023+ Accord perfectly. All TrueBore Throttle Bodies include a new billet brass throttle plate, and retain/enhance a Venturi Effect with a custom tapered inlet/outlet.
1.5T and 2.0 Hybrid variants provide a 12% increase in flow area at the throttle plate over stock.
