This throttle body will fit your 2004-2008 TSX perfectly. All TrueBore Throttle Bodies include a new billet brass throttle plate, and retain/enhance a Venturi Effect with a custom tapered inlet/outlet.

This throttle body provides a 12% increase in flow area at the throttle plate over stock.
