This throttle body will fit your 2021 TLX perfectly. All TrueBore Throttle Bodies include a new billet brass throttle plate, and retain/enhance a Venturi Effect with a custom tapered inlet/outlet.
Both the K20C and J30AC variants provide a 12% increase in flow area at the throttle plate over stock.
